Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TattooTryOn ('we', 'us'), available at tattootryon.art. By using TattooTryOn you agree to them.
1. The service
TattooTryOn combines a photo and a tattoo design you upload into a preview image. Creating previews requires an account and uses credits — new accounts start with free credits.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give us an email address you can receive. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe, at the price shown before you pay. There is no subscription. Credits never expire. Every AI run shows its credit cost before it starts, and if a run fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Free credits given at sign-up cannot be refunded or exchanged. Refunds for credit packs follow our Refund Policy.
4. Your content and ownership
You keep all rights to the images you upload and the files you export, including AI results. We claim no ownership over your content. Files you create with TattooTryOn are yours to use, including taking them to a tattoo artist.
5. Acceptable use
Only upload images you have the right to use, and do not upload material that prohibits derivative works. Do not use TattooTryOn to create unlawful content, sexual or abusive content involving minors, or content that infringes others’ rights — including designs you do not have the right to use — and do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
6. AI results
Tattoo previews are AI composites of the images you upload. Results can differ in fine detail, line weight or colour, and may occasionally contain errors. A preview is a guide for size and placement — not artwork to be tattooed as-is. Review every result before you act on it.
7. Processing and storage
Your uploads are processed to generate your preview. AI results are saved to your private Library until you delete them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we handle and for how long.
8. Output derives from your input
TattooTryOn transforms the images you provide; the result is only as original as your source. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights, because those rights follow from what you upload.
9. Intellectual property claims
If you believe content produced on TattooTryOn infringes your rights, email support@tattootryon.art with the relevant link and a description of the claim. We will review it and remove infringing content where the claim is valid.
10. No warranty
TattooTryOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Previews are AI composites for judging size and placement, not a guarantee of any final tattoo result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooTryOn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for tattoo outcomes, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TattooTryOn against claims arising from content you upload, including claims that your uploads infringe third-party rights.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using TattooTryOn at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@tattootryon.art. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
14. Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, email us first — most issues are resolved in a reply. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the operator of TattooTryOn.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Where practicable, material changes are announced 14 days in advance, and the date above always shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
