Refund Policy

Creating previews uses credits — new accounts start with free ones. The only thing you pay for is credit packs, bought once with no subscription. Here is how refunds work.
1. Credits never expire
Credits stay in your account until you use them, so there is no deadline to spend them and no subscription to cancel.
2. Failed AI runs
If a preview run fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
3. Refund window
You can request a refund for a credit pack within 10 days of purchase, as long as none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a pack have been spent, that purchase is no longer refundable.
4. Free credits
Credits given for free, such as the sign-up bonus, have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@tattootryon.art from your account email with the purchase date and the reason. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
